Refunds & exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with the hygiene strip in place. Email returns@dolceedecoco.com with your order number to start the process — we usually approve within 24 hours.
Shipping questions
Need an update on your order? Reply to your shipping confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Same-day Malta deliveries placed before 14:00 typically arrive between 17:00 and 20:00.
Sizing help
Not sure which size to pick? Send us your measurements (bust, underbust, hips) and we'll recommend the best fit before you order. Our bikinis run true to European sizing (XS–XL).
